We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Senior FP&A Manager to join a Leading Pharmaceutical Companys finance team in Dubai. This critical role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership driving financial planning analysis and decisionmaking processes to support the companys growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial analysis strong leadership skills and a background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

What Youll be Doing

  • Financial Planning and Forecasting:

    • Lead the development and of the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
    • Provide accurate and timely financial projections ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Partner with crossfunctional teams to align forecasts with operational plans.
  • Business Analysis and Decision Support:

    • Perform indepth analysis of business performance including variance analysis key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisionmaking.
    • Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to regional and global stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations for realtime monitoring of business performance.
  • Strategic Partnering:

    • Collaborate with business units to drive financial discipline and support strategic initiatives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team providing recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
    • Drive costsaving initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Mentor and manage a team of FP&A professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Build strong working relationships across functions and regions to promote collaboration and data sharing.
  • Systems and Process Improvement:

    • Enhance FP&A processes tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Lead implementation of new financial systems or upgrades ensuring user adoption and integration.
    • Leverage technology and automation to streamline reporting and analysis.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

  • Experience:
    • 812 years of experience in FP&A or financial management roles preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis in a multinational organization.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion).
    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations pricing and market access considerations is a plus.

  • Leadership Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.

  • Soft Skills:
    • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
