What Youll Do:
Design Engaging Social Media Content: Create eyecatching visuals motion graphics and layouts for various platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook TikTok etc..
Develop BrandAligned Creative Assets: Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics color schemes and visual storytelling across all digital channels.
Collaborate with Content & Marketing Teams: Work closely with copywriters strategists and marketers to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with design and social media trends to create fresh innovative content that resonates with audiences.
Optimize for Performance: Design assets with platformspecific best practices in mind focusing on engagement and reach.
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience in graphic design specifically for social media.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative highimpact social media designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Experience in motion graphics GIFs and shortform video editing is a plus.
Understanding of social media platforms content trends and engagement strategies.
Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics composition and typography.
