Job Summary (in List Format) for Manager - Digital Project Delivery:
- Responsible for managing the successful end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives within the Digital Guest Experience (DGX) Programme.
- Ensures digital products and services are delivered efficiently effectively and to high standards using agile methodologies.
- Bridges business technology and guest experience teams to deliver user-focused data-driven solutions aligned with the Guest Masterplan.
- Collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to scope plan and manage digital product delivery.
- Ensures all deliverables enhance operational efficiency improve customer experience and support long-term digital transformation.
- Leads and coordinates cross-functional teams manages third-party vendors and drives agile ceremonies.
- Acts as the central communication point among business units technical teams and external partners.
- Monitors project progress manages risks and proactively addresses issues to ensure timely completion.
- Supports and coaches delivery teams in adopting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manages project budgets and vendor contracts with an indirect impact on budget.
