Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping operations on assigned floors ensuring all areas are cleaned to perfection.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Train monitor and support housekeeping staff in their daily responsibilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Address guest requests inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance issues.
- Uphold safety and sanitation regulations throughout the resort.
Requirements - Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work cohesively within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and safety procedures.
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management Housekeeping Operations or Hotel & Restaurant Management
