Job Title: Client Advisor
Location: Dubai Mall
Work Timing: Part-time
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer customer inquiries about products services and promotions both in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers in locating products providing recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently escalating to management when necessary.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays to ensure a neat and presentable store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in keeping the store clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
