Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
Seeking a dynamic Technical TA Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the strategic partner to our product and technology teams thereby helping identify attract and hire top-tier technical talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech workforce and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive talent market.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles including but not limited to engineers data scientists DevOps cloud etc.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow and other platforms
Conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Consistent achievement of TA OKRs (hiring volumes quality and timelines)
Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and emerging technologies
Requirements
Masters degree in Human Resources Business or related field (technical background is a plus)
3 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
Strong understanding of technical roles skills and terminology
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Deployment of new-age AI tools and assessments in hiring
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with pleasing personality
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility
Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles
Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniques
Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives on campuses platforms and social channels
