Role Summary
Extend and optimize our Odoo 18 platform across Accounting HR and integrated business workflows (healthcare and education experience is a plus). Success looks like delivering well-tested modules on time improving performance/usability and enabling smooth end-user adoption. This role is central to our ERP backbone and collaborates with Finance HR Operations and Product.
Responsibilities
- Develop customize and implement Odoo modules (v18) aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues; write unit/integration tests and perform code reviews.
- Build OWL components and JavaScript customizations; optimize back-end logic and DB performance.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems (APIs) ensuring secure and reliable data flows.
- Create/maintain technical documentation; train end-users; support go-lives.
- Work within Agile/Scrum; contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Must-have: Odoo 18; Python; algorithms & data structures; OWL & JavaScript; Git; Scrum; strong knowledge of back-end Odoo apps especially Accounting & HR.
- Preferred: Healthcare domain experience.
- Environment: Solid Linux background for development and deployment.
- Education/Experience: Demonstrated delivery of Odoo customizations at scale.
