Speech Therapist

• Assess patients with communication and swallowing difficulties using standardized tools and clinical evaluations.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech language and swallowing challenges.
  
• Provide therapy for a wide range of conditions including developmental delays neurological disorders hearing impairments and post-stroke rehabilitation.
  
• Collaborate with physicians psychologists occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based exercises to support progress.
  
• Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology or related field.
  
• Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one
  
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in speech therapy including pediatric exposure preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of speech language communication and swallowing disorders.
  
• Proficiency in using therapeutic tools devices and assessment software.
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and counseling skills.
  
• Ability to provide compassionate culturally sensitive care to patients and families
