سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيThe Senior PMO Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of the Project Management Office (PMO) framework across the organization. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the consistency predictability and efficiency of project delivery by introducing and maintaining best practices governance and performance standards.
Acting as a key driver of project excellence the Senior PMO Manager ensures that all project-related information including deliverables risks and issues is effectively captured communicated and addressed. The role requires close collaboration with project leaders technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline execution and align delivery with strategic business objectives.
A highly customer-focused and leadership-oriented position the Senior PMO Manager is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the PMO ensuring smooth interfacing between departments and maintaining alignment with client expectations. This position holds end-to-end accountability for planning coordinating and delivering projects on time within budget and according to defined scope while consistently meeting business requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
Additional professional certifications (preferred for hybrid environments):
Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g. CSM SAFe).
Experience:
Skills & Competencies:
Strategic thinking with the ability to align PMO initiatives to business goals.
Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Process-driven mindset with a focus on quality and consistency in delivery.
Effective communication and executive-level reporting skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Smartsheet).
Ability to lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
