A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing department. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their careers in sales operations within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Support Sales Manager and partners with sales coordination matters.
- Manage monthly production orders and order allocations from distribution partners.
- Prepare and update proforma invoices based on monthly order allocations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales reports stock levels order tracking estimates and sales budgets.
- Update and monitor distribution partners order sheets and pricing lists as required.
- Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
- Track payment records and follow up with partners when needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree or relevant graduate qualification.
- 1 2 years of experience in sales coordination and/or customer service.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel; familiarity with database systems.
- Prior experience in the tyre or automotive industry is an advantage.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under pressure.
- Solution-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong initiative teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and composed with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
