Our client is an innovative real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai United Arab Emirates and specializing in business development and sales of different types of real estate ranging from ready-to-move-in units to off-plan properties. With over a decade of experience in the United Arab Emirates our client provides personalized client-focused real estate solutions.
Our client is looking for qualified candidates excellent in team work and team support for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Admin based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities:
- Admin support for real estate operations
- Prepare contracts and documentation (Ejari Form A/B/F)
- Update CRM and real estate portals (Bayut Dubizzle etc.)
- Coordinate viewings and client communication
- Assist with marketing content and office coordination.
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years UAE real estate admin experience
- Knowledge of DLD/RERA procedures and compliance
- CRM proficiency and strong communication skills
- AML screening and basic bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage.
Benefits
