TRAINING SPECIALIST

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and have a strong background in training and development preferably in the oil and gas industry. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi with a leading oil and gas company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees - Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement - Design and deliver training modules workshops and seminars for employees at all levels - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development - Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge - Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs - Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training activities Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Training and Development or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development preferably in the oil and gas industry - Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and training software - Willingness to travel as needed We Offer: - Competitive salary package - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance annual leave and airfare allowance - Professional development opportunities - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Opportunity to work with a leading oil and gas company in the UAE If you are passionate about training and development and have the required skills and experience we would love to hear from you.
