We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Commercial Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our organizations financial success and commercial operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced international business environment.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability and business growth
- Manage contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals fostering a collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align commercial objectives with overall business goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on commercial performance to senior management
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks through effective risk management strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial management finance or a related field
- At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant commercial certifications are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of financial systems commercial regulations and contract law
- Proven experience in contract management and commercial operations
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of business strategy and market trends
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Experience working in an international business environment is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages relevant to the region is advantageous
