سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe re seeking a skilled and organized Bakery Sous Chef to support the Bakery Chef in managing daily operations. This role involves handson baking team supervision and maintaining high standards of consistency and quality in all baked products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Bakery Chef in overseeing the production of breads viennoiseries and other baked items.
Lead and support bakery staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
Monitor baking processes including mixing proofing and baking.
Ensure consistency in product quality portioning and presentation.
Maintain accurate inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
Enforce food safety hygiene and HACCP protocols.
Train junior bakers and commis in techniques and workflow.
Take charge in the Bakery Chef s absence and uphold all standards.
Minimum 4 5 years of bakery experience with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role.
Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Bakery Hospitality or a related field.
HACCP Certified strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety.
Skilled in various dough techniques fermentation and baking methods.
Strong leadership time management and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Passionate about artisan baking and quality control.
