Head Barista- Abu Dhabi

Passionate about coffee and leadership We re looking for a Head Barista with handson experience in the UAE who can lead a team craft exceptional beverages and deliver memorable service with flair and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead barista staff to maintain high coffee standards and service quality.

Prepare espressobased and specialty coffee drinks to perfection.

Train and onboard new baristas ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Manage inventory stock rotation and coffee equipment maintenance.

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and positivity.

Support overall caf operations and work closely with management.

Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of barista experience in the UAE.

High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or a related field.

Strong understanding of specialty coffee and brewing methods.

Confident engaging personality with great communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a small team.

Must be presentable punctual and servicedriven.

Preference will be given to candidates from European or South American backgrounds to match brand identity and customer engagement style.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
