We are seeking a professional and responsible Driver Light Vehicle to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a light vehicle driver you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to various destinations within the city and surrounding areas.
- Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently to transport passengers or deliver goods
- Navigate through Abu Dhabis road network using GPS and local knowledge
- Adhere to all traffic laws safety regulations and company policies
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before and after trips
- Maintain accurate logs of trips mileage and any incidents or delays
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Report any vehicle issues accidents or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license for the appropriate vehicle class
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a light vehicle driver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of Abu Dhabis road network and local traffic regulations
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with good communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
- Defensive driving certification (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading when necessary
- Calm and composed demeanor especially in hightraffic situations
