سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe are seeking an organized and detailoriented Document Controller with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience to manage project documentation for a major bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all engineering commercial and administrative documents are properly filed tracked and maintained in line with company standards and client/authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for all projectrelated documents including drawings correspondence submittals permits and reports.
Manage document flow between internal teams consultants contractors and regulatory authorities such as RTA Dubai Municipality DEWA and others.
Ensure timely distribution and tracking of all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Maintain uptodate records of all document versions and approvals in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Review and verify document formats and metadata before submission to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
Generate document control reports as needed for project reviews and audits.
Support project engineers and managers by retrieving organizing and submitting necessary documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive project data.
Coordinate with IT and project teams to maintain document management systems (e.g. Aconex EDMS or similar platforms).
Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation processes are followed effectively.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Administration Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE preferably on infrastructure or bridge construction projects.
Strong knowledge of document control systems and best practices.
Familiarity with RTA documentation protocols and submission procedures is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) Adobe Acrobat and document management platforms such as Aconex Primavera Contract Manager or EDMS.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of documentation accurately.
