Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daytoday sales activities between customers suppliers and the internal team
- Prepare and process quotations sales orders and invoices in coordination with the sales team
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations delivery schedules and payments
- Maintain and update customer databases price lists and sales records
- Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products
- Assist in achieving monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Support in the development of business presentations and proposals
- Stay up to date on market trends product knowledge and competitor activities in the paper industry

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Familiarity with paper products grades and applications is preferred
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales preferably in the paper industry or related sectors
Remuneration & Benefits:
- AED 5000/ per month
- 30 Days Annual Leave.
