- Work closely with clients to understand their event vision needs and expectations.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning including timelines banquet setups AV requirements menus decor and logistics.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal hotel departments (Banquets Kitchen Housekeeping Front Office etc.
- Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) floor plans and function summaries.
- Assist with onsite event management to ensure smooth and exceptional guest experience.
- Support the sales team with event proposals quotations and followups.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in event planning or coordination in a luxury hotel event venue or hospitality setting.
- Experience handling weddings corporate events or highprofile gatherings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset for crafting memorable guest experiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Highly professional wellgroomed and guestfocused
