Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management. Proven track record of effectively managing budgets and financial reports. Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills. Ability to lead and manage a team of property management professionals. Experience in developing and implementing property management strategies. Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants vendors and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends. Must be willing to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies. Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Valid property management license or certification is preferred. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our residential commercial and mixeduse properties. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of properties including leasing maintenance and financial management. Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure properties are wellmaintained safe and compliant with local laws and regulations. Maintain positive relationships with tenants vendors and stakeholders. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers. Develop and manage budgets and financial reports for each property. Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Hire train and manage a team of property management professionals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current tenants. Stay uptodate on market trends and industry developments to make informed decisions. Handle tenant complaints and resolve any conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Real Estate Property Management Business Administration Facilities Management Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or real estate. Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management. Valid property management license or certification is preferred.
