Our client a wellestablished and fastgrowing marketing and creative solutions company in the Middle East is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement business growth and marketing strategy.
You will play a key role in expanding the company s client base building longterm relationships and driving revenue through tailored marketing solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client goals.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends competition and marketing innovations.
- Ensure excellent postsale support and client satisfaction.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales business development or account management ideally in a marketing or creative agency.
- Strong sales communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for creative solutions.
