Permanent Position: Junior Buyer Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of staffing and outsourcing services in the United Arab Emirates. We specialize in sourcing recruiting and deploying highly skilled and qualified professionals to various industries. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Buyer to join our growing team. As a Junior Buyer you will be responsible for assisting the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive highquality products and services at competitive prices. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying the procurement needs of our clients and developing procurement plans Source and select suppliers based on quality cost and delivery requirements Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for our clients Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise Work closely with the procurement team to maintain accurate records and documentation of all purchases Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet our clients needs Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements Participate in supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships Keep uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field 12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing negotiating and contract management Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and regulations is a plus Why Work for Us: At Star Services LLC we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
