الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide friendly courteous and professional service at all times
- Be assertive and attentive at all times
- Assist with the setup service and breakdown of food and beverage areas.
- Support staff in serving food and drinks to guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Greet and interact with guests providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in inventory control stock rotation and restocking of supplies.
- Observe and learn standard operating procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service.
- Support operations as needed.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality.
- Passion for food service and hospitality.
- Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
- Ability to multitask work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
