Why this role matters

As Lead Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital services platform. Youll own highimpact product initiatives drive user engagement improve operational efficiency and build the foundations of a future product team.

This role begins as a handson individual contributor with a clear growth path to building and leading a team of PMs.

  • Define and execute a digital product strategy that enhances customer experience and drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Conduct user research and market discovery to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Deliver meaningful improvements to consumerfacing digital products increasing engagement and retention.
  • Establish scalable product processes and frameworks.
  • Begin building the foundation for a highperforming product team.

What youll do

  • Define and lead the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive product discovery through user research competitive analysis and market validation.
  • Translate insights into clear product decisions and strategies.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation research development testing and rollout.
  • Collaborate with engineering UX marketing and commercial teams to deliver customercentric solutions.
  • Convert business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories.
  • Own backlog management and prioritization for efficient and effective delivery.
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights for ongoing optimization and growth.
  • Lay the groundwork for a future product team by defining processes frameworks and hiring plans.
  • Recruit hire and mentor future product managers fostering a culture of ownership agility and excellence.

What youll bring

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • 6 years of digital product management experience ideally in Telco Digital Services or B2C platforms.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful consumer products that drove engagement and retention.
  • Deep experience with customer journey optimization and digital experience design.
  • Skilled in user research creating personas and applying product discovery frameworks.
  • Experience in highgrowth fastpaced environments.
  • Experience leading crossfunctional product initiatives and endtoend .
  • Bonus: Experience hiring and developing product talent.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in product roadmap planning backlog management and Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled at translating customer data and behavioral analytics into product decisions.
  • Strong user research and discovery skills turning insights into product direction.
