Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and sprint reviews for crossfunctional teams focused on Corporate Banking and KYC remediation.Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the product backlog is clearly defined and prioritized ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.Coach the team on Scrum best practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile adoption.Work closely with stakeholders involved in customer onboarding and KYC remediation ensuring processes are compliant with industry regulations and delivered on time.Support teams in identifying and resolving blockers removing impediments and driving the team towards achieving sprint goals.Ensure transparent communication and tracking of team progress through Jira or similar project management tools. Proven experience as a Scrum Master preferably within the Corporate Banking sector.Strong knowledge of Customer Onboarding and KYC Remediation processes..Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban and Lean.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM or PSM) or similar agile certifications preferred.Experience using Azure boards.Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to removing obstacles.
