Essential Functions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
- Lead the development of Power Apps Power Automate and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic apps.
- Apps Functions and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Develop custom solutions using C# NET JavaScript and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability
- Oversee CRM implementation plugin development and system configurations for optimal service delivery
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver highquality client focused outcomes on time
- Manage data migration projects ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
- Create technical documentation lowlevel designs and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Integrate 3rd party tools with Dynamics
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Financials / CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM On cloud implementations
- Proficiency in nocode/lowcode solutions and advanced technical customizations
- Programming skills in C# NET JavaScript and SQL Server
- Proficient with Azure services Functions and DevOps
