We have an opportunity for a Legal PA to join our operation in Dubai. You will be part of a small team providing a highquality and efficient secretarial service to a number of Partners and fee earners working across several practice groups. Your focus will be on effectively managing your own workload being proactive with the ability to work on your own initiative and contributing to a positive and collaborative team working environment.
Tasks include but are not limited to;
Understanding and meeting the expectations of your stakeholders enabling them to be productive by taking responsibility and being proactive in approach and providing support as necessary
Diary management of Partners and feeearners as required using own initiative to arrange meetings and conference calls
Checking of Partners and feeearner emails as required in their absence; responding where able
Booking video calls meeting rooms and required refreshments and lunch and dinner reservations
Making travel arrangements as required and preparing itineraries
Handling telephone enquiries in a professional and polite manner taking accurate messages and following up on any agreed actions
Production of short less complex PowerPoint presentations as required
Production of engrossed documents including the collation of any required annexures
Proofreading of all documents to ensure the delivery of work is of the highest quality
Undertaking any general correspondence as may be required from time to time
Processing Partners and feeearners expenses in a timely manner
Liaison with Business Development Marketing Events and Finance Teams with a view to supporting them on specific teambased tasks
We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one.
You will have gained legal secretarial experience within another law firm demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach. Be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be confident in building strong working relationships. You will have high levels of IT literacy superb attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
