Job Context:
Specific Accountability:
- Build and grow Open account solutions capabilities of the Bank in line with market trends corporate strategies client needs.
- Timely develop product and policy guidelines responsible to obtain all necessary risk and quality assurance approvals pertaining to open account product and deals.
- Rollout new product structures and variants e.g. Pool RF Insured RF Inventory SCF etc in the open account solutions space in international locations.
- Rollout offerings internationally in close collaboration HO and International stakeholders.
- Support the commercialization of RF by providing sales tools (pitch book and brochures) and training Advisory / Coverage team to ensure knowledge transfer resulting in successful sales.
- Support new deals by recommending pricing suppliers and rebate offerings to anchor clients.
- Enhance the products based on new industry trends or opportunities as well as identifying gaps in current product based on the feedback provided by Coverage Advisory and Clients
- Collaborate with the Channels team in order to develop innovative and efficient electronic delivery solutions in international locations.
- Strategies forge and commercialize fintech partnerships to further build product capabilities in international locations.

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification:
Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Commerce or equivalent discipline
Minimum Experience: 10 years Transaction Banking experience. Candidate should have an experience in Open account solutions product roles client interactions and Team Management
