- Work closely with Regional Head to implement distribution/network strategy and sales & services strategy. Agree overall budget and KPI targets as well as budget and targets per customer segments for the area/cluster with Regional Head and delegate budget and targets to the Branch/Cluster Managers in the area. Delivering the agreed budget & KPI targets in that area with managing supporting and monitoring branches branch/cluster managers sales & service teams performance.
- Implements departmental policies systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a standardized quality costeffective service with high standard customer experience across all branches in that area.
- Explore and gather all needful details to create new business opportunities within the area in coordination with other Business Lines. Also gather all details to open/relocate/remove a branch or ATM/CDM in that area and provide business justification.
- Representing the bank in local community in the assigned area
- Handle customer complaints in coordination with Head of Customer Experience
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the NBAD performance management process
- Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals with clear focus on Emiratisation
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in any discipline with experience in the branch network.
Additional Information :
10 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network
