الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage MEP works on highrise building sites.
Prepare MEP shop drawings load schedules and equipment layouts.
Coordinate with consultants architects and main contractor.
Ensure work is carried out as per design technical specs and safety standards.
Review and approve materials and equipment for compliance.
Oversee MEP subcontractors and ensure timely of tasks.
Attend site meetings and resolve MEP issues.
Prepare progress reports and update project management teams.
Ensure integration between civil MEP and finishing activities.
Conduct site inspections and commissioning of MEP systems.
Implement value engineering where applicable.
Ensure energyefficient and sustainable MEP solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP for highrise construction in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE codes (DEWA ADDC DCD etc..
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MS Office and project management software.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valid UAE Driving License required
