Job Title: Recovery Space Support Specialist
Location: Joint Space Alserkal Avenue Dubai UAE
About Us: At Joint Space we offer a holistic approach to health and wellness that integrates advanced medical treatments movement therapies and bioenergetic practices. Our Recovery Space is designed to optimise physical recovery and wellness through cuttingedge therapies including infrared saunas cold baths hyperbaric oxygen therapy red light therapy and more. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recovery Space Support Specialist to assist in the smooth operation of this innovative facility.
Position Overview: The Recovery Space Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting our Recovery Space team ensuring that the space runs efficiently and provides a highquality experience for all clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the Recovery Space maintaining equipment assisting clients with their needs and ensuring the highest standards of safety cleanliness and service. A strong background in spa or health center operations with a specific focus on recovery therapies like saunas and cold baths is essential. An interest in biohacking or functional wellness is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recovery Space operator in daytoday operations ensuring all services are running smoothly.
- Assist clients in using the sauna cold baths and other recovery equipment explaining benefits protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained cleaned and ready for use reporting any issues or malfunctions to the operator.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the Recovery Space ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Assist with client intake guiding them through the Recovery Space offerings and helping them tailor their recovery sessions to meet their goals.
- Monitor and manage recovery sessions ensuring clients are using equipment safely and effectively.
- Keep track of client feedback report trends to the Recovery Space operator and suggest improvements where needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in biohacking recovery technologies and wellness practices to provide clients with cuttingedge information and services.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols including cleaning disinfecting and sanitising recovery areas and equipment.
- Help coordinate schedules and appointments for the Recovery Space managing client flow and maintaining a smooth service experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in spas health centers wellness facilities or related environments with a focus on recovery therapies (saunas cold baths etc..
- Strong understanding of the benefits and uses of infrared saunas cold baths and other recovery treatments.
- Knowledge of biohacking functional wellness or related fields is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team ensuring the Recovery Space operates efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining a clean safe and inviting environment.
- Comfortable with technology and equipment management with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings depending on client demand.
