We have a great opportunity for a talented Bartender to join the team in our All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will have a passion fortheir work and a personality that will make our guests feelboth welcomed and cared for.Guestswill look to you to guide them through their choice of beverage based on their taste and preference.

• Interactwith clients and understand their needs.
• Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
• Work with AFYAteam to keep excellent service standards.
• Be prepared to assist other ShangriLa colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Assist guests and colleagues in choosing the perfect drink option for each customer.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
