Program Manager UAE National Retail Business Services

As a Program Manager you will:
Develop endtoend business strategy customer experience & offering for expansions and drive initiatives to reduce cost to serve
Drive of business process improvement and business growth opportunities across multiple global teams and product lines working closely with business operations and technical teams
Identify areas of automation and write the business and functional requirements and then program manage the automation programs interacting with business operations and technical teams
Define measure and present metrics and reports to leadership teams
Effectively engage with customers to manage and resolve issues
Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with Product teams

MENA RBS team is looking for a Program Manager to shape and lead our buying and post buying experience drive customer return reduction program

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
