Job Title : Project Engineer (Civil Construction)
Location : Dubai UAE
Salary : AEDper month (including accommodation transport and food)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer with relevant experience in civil construction (preferably factory and warehouse buildings) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities ensuring quality assurance reporting inconsistencies and providing administrative support to the Owner Representative. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in project management while playing a key role in the smooth of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Monitoring:
Regularly monitor onsite activities to ensure that construction work aligns with approved plans specifications and schedules.
Identify and report any discrepancies delays or quality issues to the Owner Representative promptly.
2. Quality Assurance:
Ensure the use of good quality materials by coordinating with contractors and consultants.
Conduct regular inspections to verify that construction activities are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications.
3. Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Owner Representative regarding the status of the project.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on observations potential risks and progress updates.
Communicate with all suppliers and contractors for site progress and nonconformances. Resolve any nonconformance in schedule and quality timely to avoid projects delays.
4. Support and Coordination:
Assist in coordinating with contractors consultants and other trades as directed by the Owner Representative.
Follow up on action items as instructed ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required standards.
5. Guidance and Action:
Act on instructions provided by the Owner Representative to address any issues or inconsistencies identified during project monitoring.
Work closely with the Owner Representative to learn and understand the process of managing construction projects effectively.
6. Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the Owner Representative as required including organizing meetings preparing documents coordination for timely payments and maintaining project records.
Assist in facilitating the daytoday operations of the company ensuring that all administrative needs are met to support project .

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Some experience 23 years) in civil construction with a basic understanding of construction drawings and project coordination.
Strong observation reporting organizational and quality assurance skills.
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
