DescriptionApt Resources is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our clients team focusing on digital transformation and technology solutions for the education sector within the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while driving new business development leveraging technology to enhance education solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify engage and manage prospects in the education sector.
- Set appointments conduct sales calls and manage the full sales cycle to close new business deals.
- Work closely with the education practice team and geo sales teams to develop sales strategies.
- Prepare professional proposals reports and presentations for executivelevel decisionmakers.
- Achieve sales targets by assessing client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing educational clients to drive account growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their vision and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to address project challenges manage client expectations and resolve any deliveryrelated concerns.
- Ensure smooth contract negotiations invoicing and renewals while handling legal and financial aspects such as MSAs SOWs and receivables.
- Seek references and testimonials from satisfied customers to enhance the companys credibility in the education space.
- Identify service improvements and innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Serve as the escalation point for onsite resources managing disputes and conflicts effectively.
Requirements - 1015 years of experience in sales and account management preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts in the MENA region.
- Strong ability to develop strategic sales approaches and manage endtoend sales cycles.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling contractual financial and legal aspects of account management.
- Ability to collaborate with delivery teams to ensure highquality service and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
