We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans driving revenue growth and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the hotel industry.
Role Overview: As the Sales Manager you will leverage your expertise in sales management to lead a team of sales representatives ensuring they achieve their sales targets. You will oversee CRM activities and collaborate effectively across departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients particularly in the hotel sector.
Oversee CRM systems and ensure effective tracking of sales activities.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales management preferably within the furniture curtains or carpets market.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 7000 AED 9000 AED per month
Vehicle allowance: 1500 AED
