Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fitout contracting space
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders
- Perform market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate terms and close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project expectations
- Monitor project and client satisfaction postcontract signing
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance visibility and foster connections
Requirements - Proven experience in business development within the interior fitout or contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts and fitout processes
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
