We are expanding our production team and are hiring an Event Site & Production Executive to manage booth building AV setup agency projects and onsite resource coordination for our international events.
Manage endtoend booth design and fabrication for exhibitions and conferences
Coordinate with booth vendors printers and creative agencies for branding and display materials
Oversee quality control and timeline adherence for all structural installations
Plan and supervise AV requirements including LED walls microphones live streaming and control systems
Coordinate with AV vendors and technical crew for seamless event
Conduct tech checks and troubleshoot onsite audiovisual issues during events
Supervise onsite teams including logistics volunteers stage managers and tech support
Ensure proper setup of stage registration branding and breakout rooms
Be the point of contact on ground for production and vendor coordination
Maintain detailed event production plans schedules and runofshow documents
Track vendor deliverables budgets and procurement timelines
Collaborate closely with creative content marketing and logistics teams
3 5 years of experience in event production AV operations or exhibition build
Strong knowledge of booth fabrication AV tech specs and live event flow
Experience managing external vendors and onsite staff across global locations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong problemsolving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in different time zones and manage virtual coordination
