Essential Functions
Develops capture strategies and manages timelines to meet and exceeds monthly quarterly and yearly sales
targets.
Manages activities from identification to award that will enable the growth of sales.
Refines and progresses the capture plan.
Performs detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications
sent to the client.
Strategizes development including potential team member selection and roles.
Establishes timed gates for bid/no bid reviews and Bid decision reviews.
Establishes and maintains price to win including supporting analysis.
Develops a detailed compliance matrix and schedule outlining the entire proposal process through proposal
delivery
Develops the Bid strategy.
Communicates with the team so they understand how to price and compile a winning / competitive proposal.
Assists or leads development of an Executive Summary draft to support proposal.
Leads the team through the opportunity as a key point of contact communicating customer key requirements
customer sensitivities and potential risks.
Identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversees bid strategies pricing teaming and
proposal strategies; and manage the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.
Leads the creation management and distribution of targeted indepth information and analysis of assigned
opportunities.
Identifies qualifies researches builds and provides detailed analyses of assigned major procurements and
programs.
Develops in cooperation with the team proposal themes and messages.
Serves as the customer advocate during reviews to bring the voice of the customer into planning and strategy sessions.Required Experience:
