Research Executive

An exciting new opportunity has come up for Black Pearl Consult where we are looking to recruit a Research Executive to join our multi-cultural team in Abu Dhabi.

This job is perfect for you if you have the ability to think out of the box and would like to work in a fast paced and target driven environment.

Your responsibilities, if youre selected would include:

• Assisting in recruiting process, by identifying candidates according to the requirements of the clients
• Sourcing and screening candidates according to the job roles
• Polishing CVs
• Identifying sites to increase candidate attractions
• Posting jobs on various job portals

A key success to this role is in delivering high quality service to candidates by providing them correct and complete information about the job opportunity and recording their details properly and correctly on the company’s database. In this role, you will directly report to the Recruitment Manager.

Requirements

• Keen interest in the recruitment industry
• Proven ability to thrive in a heavily pressurized work environment
• Good experience inusing various technologies/tools such as Microsoft packages (especially formatting CV’s, creating sheets, using pivot table, charts etc.), job portals and social media channels
• Interested in running projects and doing researches
• Detail oriented
• Flexible/willing to work for long hours when needed in order to serve clients
• Having a background in the recruitment industry would be a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• This would be an office-based job
• Flexible to work in shifts -Monday through Friday and Sunday through Thursday
