Brand Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects and programs, shaping the environment for the future generations. Our client is looking to hire "Brand Marketing Manager" to support the Director of Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights to drive innovations and enhance the value of the brand. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions

- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI

- Monitor market and consumer trends

- Develop brand and marketing strategies

- Manage full marketing mix

Requirements

- 6+ years brand management or marketing proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager in the MENA Region (Real Estate or Construction)

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing

- Strong communication skills – written and oral (English and Arabic)
