Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the largest Retail Gaming Company based out in UAE with its presence in over five countries. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsibleimproving and maintaining the financial standing of our companies. The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization.

- Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis; Need detailed experience for Budgeting and review of Actuals with Budgets

- Managing the Finalization of accounts for Multi country operations and consolidation at group level and Audit finalizations.

- Detailed Knowledge of IFRS

- Setting up the workflow for payables accounting multiple locations and managing the timely booking of invoices and payment within credit period.

- Receivable accounting for Retail stores, ensuring all the tender settlements are up to date and without any issues.

- Distribution business (B to B), Sales accounting and receivable collections as per agreed credit period.

- Manage VAT Compliances for UAE, OMAN, BAH, KSA.

- Managing Fund Flow of company and liaising with banks for managing the company limits optimization of cash flows to save funding cost to maximum.

- Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings with investors;

- Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge; Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues;

- Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole;

- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities, setting up the SOP and reviewing them for regular basis for changes and modifications.

Requirements

- 8+ years extensive experience in Finance.

- Require Candidates with Retail background who have managed multistores across GCC.

- Team Management experience is a must.

- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel and experience with standard accounting software packages

- Strong verbal and written communications skills

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities

- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives

- Experience in ERP is must (Oracle/ SAP/ Navision/ D 365)
