Temporary Finance Manager

Our client, a large organization based in Dubai, is currently looking for a temporary Finance Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 to 4 accountants and oversee the daily finance/accounting transaction of the business which includes the AR/AP and general reporting. You will be actively involved in the month end closing, VAT filing and end of the year audit.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to make sure that you meet the following criteria:

• a degree holder in commerce, finance or accountancy
• having an additional qualification in accounting would be a plus
• should have at least a total work experience of 8 years, of which 2 years in a leading role
• should have strong knowledge of general accounting cycle
• familiar with UAE VAT system
• have knowledge in using accounting system
• strong background in conducting financial audit
• willing to work on a short term temporary assignment, commencing from December 2021 until May 2022
• must have a valid residence visa and able to get a NOC
