Senior Quantity Surveyor

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Top Tier Construction company that ischanging skylines across the globe by delivering some of themost prestigious high-rise hotel and residential projects. Our clientislookingto hire aQuantity Surveyor (Onsite) in Dubai, UAE.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivery on hotel and residential high rise projects. This opportunity will suit a Senior QS with demonstrable experience of working for top-tier principal contractors on major high rise projects.The role is contractual for a period of 6 months.

Requirements

- Proven work experience working for Top tier contractors on major hotel and residential high rise projects
- Astute and ambition surveyor, capable of reading drawings, understanding contracts, legal compliance, procurement and commercial governance
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Excellent team player while holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Experience participating in risk management, cost forecasting and reporting
