1 Welcoming registering patient with valid emirates ID or passport copy insurance card if any complete hospital registration and take signed consent forms

2 Input correct health plan on the system and accordingly verify the insurance card validity eligibility for insured patients in our facility

3 Communicate with the patients on the updates or changes of their insurance acceptance and their Co-pay share with non-covered payment policies Any changes in hospital policy needs to be discussed with patient during before check-in

4 Enter the insurance card information in HIS using right entry format for each card Update review insurance information at each visit as per the current insurance status ensuring data is error free

5 Scan the patients IDs insurance cards back front consent forms medical report from other facility into HIS 6 Print the registration label insurance claim form the visit slip appropriate insurance claim forms from the online system for insured patients and send to physician at time of patient visit
