سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني* Responsible for the day to day coordination and operations within his/her remit. Ensures that assigned proactive, scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with housekeeping SOP’s, risk assessments, method statements, policies and procedures.
* Responsible for the safe setting, supervision, control and checking of housekeeping operations across allocated contracts to ensure services are delivered in a consistent, compliant manner, in line with contractual service levels and key performance indicators.
* To ensure assigned proactive, scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with housekeeping SOP’s, risk assessments, PPE, method statements, policies and procedures.
* Provides guidance and direction to employees, including setting performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying training and development needs to ensure performance and growth for both employee and company. Responsible for the delivery of relevant and frequent tool box talks to housekeeping personnel.
* 4 years post qualification experience within a similar field/service/industry.
* Relevant degree or equivalent ,Up to date first aid certificate, IOSH qualification.
* UAE Driving License
* Member of BIFM or other relevant professional body.
