Product strategy definition and execution
- Identify the value proposition for the DMP clients (internal and external) and bench against international vs. local market competitors.
- Define the roadmap and phases of development for DMP launch, working with Business Development and Technical Peers.
- Lead the definition of the product prototype for our DMP business with our strategic partners and build the subsequent plans
- Plan and execute the timely and seamless implementation of DMP with internal and market stakeholders.
- Evaluate market needs in terms of product pricing and positioning to create P&L and internal chargebacks.
- Manage P&L with finance team and present regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Drive analysis and build business cases to support sales pipeline and POC, in particular for data acquisition partherships
- Specify the Marketing assets and their technical requirements that will form the DMP proposition.
- Recruit and build product team within XSIGHT functions and lead their development within squad teams.
- Work with Tech and product teams to ensure adequate resources are allocated to the tribe and squads, delivering together on the needed milestones for DMP
- Manage the relationship with legal and the contracting process for DMP.
- Be the Point of Contact for all data privacy questions on DMP, working cosely with legal and InfoSec
Partnership strategy definition and execution
- Identify potential vendors and partners to speed DMP product development and market launch.
- Cultivate strategic alliances with established data and ecosystem partners.
- Work with relevant external stakeholders to create the right narratives about DMP and communicate widely.
- Partner with Data Governance (DG) to incorporate data sharing principles and policies into partnership DG policy and ensure its adherence across all partnerships.
- Educate stakeholders on product and harmonize with other MAF products in market e.g. SHARE/ADTECH
