Parasailing Operator

1. Make sure everything is in good condition. The boat, equipment and weather. 2. Inspects the boat to ensure efficient and safe operation of vessels and equipment, and conformance to regulations. 3. Maintain records of daily activities, fuel log reports, boat condition and movements, weather and sea conditions etc. 4. Arrange for the boat to be fueled and/or repaired if need be. 5. Maintain boats and equipment on board, such as engines, winches, navigational systems, fire extinguishers, and radio for communication purposes. 6. Read gauges to verify sufficient levels of hydraulic fluid, air pressure, and oxygen.
Sort and form logs. 7. As Parasailing Captain you have the job responsibility for the safety of the vessel, day to day running and must operate the boat with care as well as for the ultimate safety of the customers. 8. Daily boat inspection should be logged. Particular attention should be paid to identifying potential hazards, and checking the maintenance and status of the vessel is very important. 9. Safe working conditions and operating practices must be established on board. The safety equipment provided must be used, including the use of properly adjusted safety harnesses when working aloft or outboard. 10. The boat must at all times be operated in compliance with all applicable local and international regulations. 11. The cleanliness, appearance and running of all the boat are essential. Parasailing Captain is also in charge of cleaning the boat and expected to help the crew in all job responsibilities when not driving. 12. Ensuring that all routines and disciplines described herein and any additional ones promulgated by the owner are adhered to. 13. Ensuring that before the vessel goes to sea she is correctly prepared. 14. Know and apply emergency management protocol at sea. 15. Assist for all fuelling procedures and safe bunkering procedure
The Parasailing Captain must give regular log reports to the condition of the vessel. 16. Consumption of alcohol and controlled substances is strictly forbidden. If found under the influence of alcohol or any drug, the employee will be fired without further notice. 17. Determining the needs of the Customers and showing them the range of services, products and rides available. 18. Assisting Customers before, during and after activities. 19. Providing the Customers the highest standard of service by answering queries and by providing information about our product and services in a polite and respective manner. 20. Ensuring an accurate and thorough approach to all money handling. Making sure best sales are done and proper sales record is kept. 21. Wearing uniforms at all times. Maintaining professional work appearance. 22. Be a Team player and be humble at all times. When not driving boats assist the other team members with other tasks. 23. Maintain awareness of and continually practice safe work habits and complies with the company policy handbook. 24. Perform the duties as agreed and undertake work in accordance with the given but not limited to. Contract length: 24 months Job Types: Full-time, Contract
