Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Charterhouse is working with a Family Office, who have a high-end portfolio of Real Estate, specifically focused in the Private Residential and Commercial properties sector. Owning both UAE and International properties, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will oversee and manage all day-to-day Mechanical and MEP aspects of the local portfolio, reporting directly to the Real Estate Manager and Owners.

About the role

This role will oversee the planning and preparation of maintenance schedules, for all building assets and compiling maintenance reports. You will manage the spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of equipment for future and current projects. You will have knowledge of mechanical and MEP associate equipment, undertaking the scheduled servicing and repairs of Chillers, HVAC, Heaters and Irrigation. You will also be professional and presentable, communicating all progress of on-going projects directly to the owner, offering trouble-shooting solutions. In addition, you will be the main point of contact for any external technicians / engineers that visit the property.
