Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for Responsible for managing high value projects from concept to completion. Overseeing entire construction projects for the Client
• Sole responsibility for ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints to specified quality standards
• Management of internal and external consultants and contractors in line with project plan
• Analysing the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing project plans, as well as providing recommendations for future developments to Senior Management
• Development of strategic project management plans and detailed reports; providing leadership to the project team
• Responsible for reviewing and analysing Contractor program submittals, verifying their feasibility
• Participation and coordination of value engineering and risk analysis reviews
• Responsible for reviewing Tender documents and outlining deficiencies/recommendations in a report
• Budgetary Planning & Analysis
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Manage consultant and contractor payment applications
• Review invoices ensuring they comply with contract documents
• Monitor existing real estate assets on a regular basis and prepare business performance reports
• Prepare project scopes for management approval
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with investees, investors, and strategic partners
• Manage legal contracts database; liaise with law firms to draft, review and negotiate contracts with all parties

Your Qualifications

• The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in Civil Engineering , have 5 years Project Management experience in mixed use and residential projects ability to read architectural drawings and MEP drawings, be able to work, both on site and in the office, experience with Revit, Photoshop, In Design, AutoCAD seen as a benefit and have worked for a real estate company or a major developer
